I spent time on the computer and the TV more often than usual today. Well, I occasionally small cramps in the arms and other places and I feel a little light headed. I'm also a little tired.

Perhaps, but it may be that you simply suffer from a lack of movement today. When I tics, which go for a walk earlier and fresh air.
